Informant Award Scheme

The Atlantis Revenue Authority (ARA) is committed to maintaining fairness and compliance in our tax system. To support this mission, we have established the Informant Award Scheme, which incentivizes individuals to report cases of tax evasion and non-compliance. By providing valuable information, you contribute to the integrity of our revenue system and the development of our nation.

Who Can Report?

Any individual with credible information regarding tax fraud, unreported income, or other forms of non-compliance can submit a report. Reports can be made anonymously or with contact details if you wish to follow up on your submission.

How the Scheme Works

  1. Submission of Information – Provide details of suspected tax evasion through our confidential reporting system.
  2. Review and Investigation – ARA will assess the report and, if necessary, initiate an investigation.
  3. Successful Recovery – If the report leads to the collection of unpaid taxes, the informant may qualify for a monetary reward.
  4. Award Payment – Eligible informants may receive a percentage of the amount recovered, subject to ARA’s terms and conditions.

Confidentiality and Protection

The ARA ensures strict confidentiality in handling all reports. Informants who wish to remain anonymous will have their identities protected throughout the process.
